Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Use our online booking tool to pick your stylist, service, and time, or call us at (858) 555-0147. New-color guests are matched with a complimentary 15-minute consultation first.
Do you take walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins for nails, brows, and blowouts when a chair is open, but we strongly recommend booking ahead — weekends fill up fast.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service.
Color
I’ve colored my hair at home — can you still help?
Almost always. Box color and previous highlights are completely workable; we just may recommend a consultation so we can build a realistic plan and timeline.
How long does color take?
A gloss is under an hour; a full balayage runs around 3.5 hours including the cut and style. Color corrections are booked across multiple sessions.
Extensions
Will extensions damage my hair?
Installed and maintained correctly, our hand-tied and tape-in methods are gentle. We assess your hair first and never install on hair that isn’t ready.
Lashes
How do I care for lash extensions?
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam, brush gently, and skip oil-based products near the eyes. Fills every 2–3 weeks keep them full.
Nails
Is your nail studio safe?
Yes. We use medical-grade sanitation, single-use files, and a fresh-air ventilation system. We carry breathable and non-toxic formulas on request.
Visit
Where do I park?
There is metered street parking on Prospect Street and a public lock-up garage one block east on Herschel Avenue. Validate with us for one free hour.
Do you offer bridal and group services?
We do — in-salon or on-site at your venue. Reach out through our contact page and our bridal coordinator will build a timeline for your party.
